Up and Cycling is software for riding structured workouts on a smart trainer. These are the terms you agree to by using it. They are written to be read.
Up and Cycling is Up and Cycling LLP, 5 Valley Court, Morda Road, Oswestry SY11 2AY, England.
You pay through the app store you installed the app from: the App Store, Google Play or the Microsoft Store. The store takes the payment and keeps the record of it, and its own terms apply to the purchase as well as these.
Every device gets ten rides, or thirty days from the first one, whichever runs out first. A ride counts once you have ridden ten minutes of it, so connecting a trainer and changing your mind costs nothing. The free rides belong to the device, not to you: adding more riders does not add more rides.
A year of the whole app, and one price covers your household. Everyone who lives with you can ride it, each with their own threshold, history and saved workouts, on the devices signed in to the store account that bought it. It is not a licence to share beyond that.
A subscription bought in one store doesn't unlock the app from another, so an iPhone purchase won't unlock an Android tablet.
A subscription renews once a year until you cancel it. You cancel in the store you bought from, in your account's subscriptions. Cancel and you keep riding to the end of the year you have paid for.
That the app does what this website says it does. If it does not, tell us and we will fix it, or help you get a refund — see refunds.
Everything the app records stays on your device. We never receive it and cannot retrieve it. Back it up if it matters to you — the app will write you a backup file. See privacy.
Do not share your subscription outside your household, or pull the app apart to make your own from it.
We may change these terms. If a change matters to a rider who has already paid, it applies from their next renewal, not in the middle of a year they have bought.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts there can hear any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection you have under the law where you live.
