There are no accounts, so there is almost nothing to write about. You never tell us who you are to use the app, and we have no way to find out.
Your name, your FTP, your weight, every ride you have done, every workout you have built, and any routes you have loaded. All of it is written to your device's own storage and never sent anywhere. We have no server that could receive it.
Delete the app, or clear its data, and it is gone. We cannot get it back for you, because we never had it. That is why the app can save a backup file — that file is yours, and it goes where you put it.
You pay through the app store you installed from: the App Store, Google Play or the Microsoft Store. Your card, your name and your email go to the store, not to us. The store keeps the record of the purchase, under its own privacy notice.
The app asks the store, on your device, whether you have a subscription. That question goes between your device and the store; it does not come to us. The stores send us sales reports for our accounts, which do not include your name, email or card.
We only gather anonymised data for website visitor analysis. No advertising, and no cookies.
Google Fonts serves the typeface on these pages, so Google's servers see that a browser asked for it.
Your question reaches us by email with a ticket number, the kind of device you're on and the app's version number (for example "Android app 392670"), and nothing that says who you are. Please don't include your name or email address. We keep our answer under that ticket number for 60 days, so the app can collect it, and then it is deleted.
If you leave "Send my connection log" ticked, your question also carries the app's connection log from the last 14 days. It's our best chance of finding out what went wrong: it shows what your trainer, heart-rate strap and controls said to the app, and when. It includes the names your devices give themselves (for example "KICKR CORE 35F4"), but no rider's name. It reaches us as part of the email and is not kept on our server. Untick the box and it isn't sent.
UK and EU law gives you the right to see what a company holds about you, to correct it and to have it deleted. Ask us and we will tell you the same thing this page does: we hold nothing that says who you are. A question sent from the app carries no name, so we can only find yours if you tell us its ticket number. For the record of your payment, ask the store you bought from — that one is theirs.
Up and Cycling LLP, 5 Valley Court, Morda Road, Oswestry SY11 2AY, England. We are the data controller for the little described above — which is to say, for almost nothing.
In the app: tap Help, then Ask us. Or email [email protected].
