Refunds

Last changed 13 October 2026

Refunds are made by the store you bought from. The App Store, Google Play and the Microsoft Store each take the payment, so each one gives it back, under its own refund rules.

Try it first

Try up to ten free rides within 30 days of your first ride. The trial ends when you complete ten rides or reach the 30-day limit, whichever comes first. This gives you time to check that Up and Cycling works with your bike or trainer before buying.

How to ask

If something is wrong — it stopped working, it never worked, a renewal caught you out — tell us as well, in the app (Help, then Ask us) or at [email protected]. We will help.

Stopping a renewal

A subscription renews once a year. Cancel it in the store you bought from, in your account's subscriptions. Cancel and you keep riding until the end of the year you have paid for — nothing is cut off early.

Your legal rights

None of the above takes anything away from the rights you have by law, including the right in the UK and EU to change your mind about something bought online.
