Especially when they're the same things standing between you and the interval you came to do. Every one of these is something to download, something to load, something to tap past:
Three-dimensional worlds, and the gigabytes they arrive in
An avatar, and clothes for the avatar
Races, events, group rides and start pens
Badges, levels, streaks and unlockable kit
An account, a password, and an email you'll never read
You're not paying for any of it here. Most of what you're not paying for, you didn't want anyway.
Build your own
Pick a word, not a number.
Six words, and that's the whole scale. Tap through them and the watts for your own threshold appear alongside — so you can see exactly what you're asking of yourself without doing any arithmetic to find out.

Shown for a 200 W threshold · yours are worked out from your own
A whole session, built from nothing. One take, nothing cut and nothing sped up — so what you're watching is how long it actually takes.
Blocks
Steady efforts, ramps, free rides and repeating sets. Not a rectangle you drag until it looks about right, and not a shape you squint at afterwards to work out what you drew.
Length
Plus and minus, in steps that suit the block.Fifteen seconds at a time for short efforts, a minute at a time for long ones — so a 30-second burst and a 20-minute grind are both a few taps away.
As you go
The profile and the training load update live.Every block you add draws itself as you set it, so you're never guessing what you've made.
No limit
Build as many as you like. Edit the built-in ones too.No credits, no slots, nothing to spend.
Nothing here is metered. Build one session or two hundred, change them whenever you want, and rewrite the built-in ones to suit you. Making a workout your own is the point of the thing — it isn't the part you pay extra for.
What it takes off your machine
116
kilobytes not megabytes
There's nothing to install and nothing to wait for. No map packs, no updates before you can ride, no eight gigabytes of disk given over to scenery you're not looking at.
Updates take seconds, not your session. The whole thing is smaller than a photo, so a new version arrives before you've clipped in.
Wi-Fi drops? Keep pedalling. Load it once and it works offline. Bluetooth is local, so nothing about your ride needs the internet — the connection can drop, or never exist, and nothing changes.
How it works
Shapes
Endurance, tempo, sweet spot, threshold, over-unders, VO2, 30/30s, sprints, recovery, quick check.Plus Just Ride, and anything you've built.
Level
One dial, 1 to 10 — the way a gym bike works. No plan to follow and no test to sit first.
Length
Five minutes to three hours. The session rewrites itself around the time you've actually got.
Set Sweet Spot 3×10 to forty-five minutes and it becomes Sweet Spot 3×7½ — name, profile and all. It isn't a library you hunt through. It builds the one you asked for.
What you need
Trainer
A smart trainer that accepts ERG.It holds the target so you don't have to chase it.
Browser
Chrome or Edge, on Android, Windows, Mac or ChromeOS.Nothing to install. Open it and ride.
Apple
iPhone and iPad have an app of their own.Apple doesn't let browsers reach Bluetooth, so iOS gets a proper app instead. Same rides, same price, still nothing to sign up for.
Won't need
An account, a password, a fast connection, or spare disk.
The price
$25/ year
£20/ year
€20/ year
Your first ten rides are free. Long enough to know it works with your trainer, in your room, on your kit — before any money changes hands.
One price covers everyone who rides your trainer. Add whoever lives in your house — each of them keeps their own threshold, their own history and their own saved sessions, and you pay once. Not once each.
We're a small team and we intend to stay one. Support is email, and we answer it ourselves; there's no chat window and no phone line. That's part of how the price stays where it is.
Your key arrives in your receipt. We don't keep a copy, because we don't keep anything. So keep the receipt.
